The practical exercises for this course up to 3 students can work on a project that is related to a topic from the lecture. Instead of exercises where each student tries solve the same task, the seminar style of this class enables students to work on individual projects that enclose trending topics in the field of mobile and network security. In the past, the class has brought up promising projects in the following domains: - Analysis of mobile applications in relation to security on Android, iOS, etc. - Malware detection on mobile platforms - Investigation of particular security aspects / features - Development of new applications that feature trending security aspects - And many more...
